The MMus degree in Music Education allows one to combine the joys of artistic expression with the challenge and rewards of classroom instruction. The program’s curriculum and the faculty’s diverse professional backgrounds help students develop a deeper expertise in music, education theory and technology to engage students in the learning process and prepare them for careers of the future.

Students explore advanced concepts in music education including curriculum theory and design, psychology, teaching strategies and technology in the music classroom to reach their full potential in their chosen career path.
