  • The program offers students an introduction to teaching, learning and assessment for effective teaching of both undergraduate and post-graduate students with the ultimate aim of improving patient safety, by creating future competent healthcare professionals.
  • The program can be taken completely as a taught course, where students must successfully complete nine modules (six compulsory and three electives) or as a combined taught and research course with six compulsory modules and a research thesis project.
  • Online delivery of the program allows working professionals (GPs, doctors, nurses and other healthcare providers including pharmacy and physical therapy students) the opportunity to upgrade their qualifications.
  • Graduates observe a significant advancement in their careers, increase their employment opportunities as academic faculty and are equipped to continue on to PhD studies in Medical Sciences.
